If you’ve been on the internet lately, chances are, you’ve seen a blonde, blue-eyed, pink-lovin’ gal flooding your timeline. Then, you’ll have the Barbie movie to thank.
While we may only have crumbs of info about the upcoming film, the Greta Gerwig project has already cemented something close to cult status. Following the teaser trailers, netizens have been embracing its unapologetic campiness—most especially the fashion.
The second teaser proved to be the explosion of bright palettes fans expected, and its style definitely didn’t disappoint. Aside from the toy-accurate fluff-topped heels of Barbie (Margot Robbie), one footwear highlight in the trailer might just be the neon yellow rollerblades of Ken (Ryan Gosling).
But while the rollerblades in question might look like they jumped straight out of a toy box, the collection of inline skates is actually available for purchase. (And yes, for real people!)
Designed by the Australia-based company Impala, the skates featured in the Barbie movie are a custom version of the brand’s Lightspeed collection. The durable plastic boots can be used by beginners, counting its easy entry buckle and lace combo.
And while the Strategist reports that Ken’s exact colorway is bespoke, other variations from the line can be bought by the public—even from the Philippines.
