Preview's 2023 Best Dressed honoree Rocio Zobel recently soaked up some sun in the tropics before jetting back to New York where she is currently studying fashion design and photography at the Parsons School of Design.

Giving us major vacation envy, Rocio shared snaps of her quick tropical getaway, including this killer selfie in a royal blue bikini, elevated with a matching headband and chic oval sunglasses.
