President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. delivers his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) today, July 24, 2023. Members of the Congress and guests fill the halls of Batasang Pambansa Complex to attend the annual address, where important discussions on national issues and reform plans are expected to be set center stage.
