Enter local brand Float Swim, which just launched a modest line of swimwear for customers who want or need to cover up while having their fare share of fun in the sun.

"Today we launch MODEST, a new line designed to revolutionize and empower women of all backgrounds and cultures. Some might choose more coverage for religious, medical or personal reasons," Float Swim said in an Instagram post.
The Modest line consists of three pieces: the Aliyah Skater Dress, the Aliyah Surf Leggings, and Aliyah Swim Turban. All three pieces are sold as separates and come in Burgundy and Black. Sizes run from XS up to 3XL.
All items are made of quick drying nylon-spandex fabric with UPF 50+ protection, meaning your skin is also protected from the harsh rays of the sun.

Why this matters
There are those who have to cover up for medical, religious, or personal reasons—that doesn't mean they have to sacrifice health or personal beliefs to enjoy the beach or the poolside vacay.
