Sharon Cuneta has dedicated herself to losing weight and achieving a healthier figure. In a recent Instagram post, the Megastar inspired her followers with how far she's come, having reverted back to a smaller clothing size after 20 years.

Rocking a dusty pink blouse and beige trousers, Sharon was elated to share her progress with her weight. "For the first time in over 20 years, I was able to shop for clothes again that I actually want to wear... I am now back to a size 6 to 8, [which is] a small to a medium," she detailed.
She got candid about how she was a size 24 only a couple of years ago, which became a cause of panic for her. For Sharon, it was a sign that her health was "suffering." Thankfully, the past year has seen her shed off what she considers as "ugly extra weight."

A couple of netizens were curious about Sharon's methods, with one inquiring if she underwent any surgery to get the results. To this, she confidently responded, "You can have all the surgery you want but nothing is gonna work unless you change your eating habits."
Another Instagram user assumed that Sharon adhered to weight loss medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, or Semaglutide. To this, she stated, "Sorry, used none of the above!"
