Halloween is in full swing this year and to kick off the festivities, GMA just threw their very first “The Sparkle Spell” party. Kapuso stars and a handful of local influencers channeled all their creativity into their costumes. While some personalities went all out with their costume and makeup, TikTok star and Preview’s June 2022 cover girl Sassa Gurl proves that all you need is the right amount of wit and humor to create an impactful Halloween costume.
Case in point: The 26-year-old walked the red carpet wearing an ordinary t-shirt and a pair of cut-off shorts. And even though it appeared to be just a typical attire, the influencer was actually dressing as an online seller! “What ito na mag live stream na din ako, may issue din ako sa mga yan eh. Bogus buyer sa paninda ko eme. #TheSparkleSpell," the social media star shared on Instagram.
To truly nail the seller aesthetic down, Sassa’s accessories included a full-length ring light typically used by online sellers, black and white slides, a headband, and an eco tote bag. LOL! Finishing off her look was the star’s signature “hotdog” makeupf eaturing bright pink blush across her nose and cheeks. Because of her hilarious costume, Sassa ended up bringing home the Female TikTok Crowd Favorite award that night!
