Last May 10, the Miss Universe Philippines Fashion and Charity Gala night was held at Okada Manila. Guests were tasked to come in their best modern Filipiniana attire, with one queen stealing the whole the show: Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel.

FYI, this is the first time the reigning queen has visited the Philippines since her win last January, and she made the most out of the appearance. For the evening affair, she wore a stunning silver and blue gown by Filipino fashion designer Mark Bumgarner, which was inspired by traditional Filipiniana wear.
Aside from the classic butterfly sleeves, his modern take on the terno features his signature clover silhouette, intricate beadwork, and wave-like structures. R'Bonney was styled by Rick Sotelo, who completed her ensemble with jewelry from Christopher Munar and strappy heels by Jojo Bragais. We're here for the head-to-toe Filipino-made look!
In the beauty department, she wore a sleek sophisticated twisted updo by Valerie Repato Corpuz and full glam makeup by Japeth Mike Purog.
