"Prada is pleased to announce Soohyun Kim, Korean actor, as Prada’s brand ambassador," the label announced through its official social media channels. The news comes after the actor’s recent appearances in several Prada ensembles, notably in key scenes from the hit K-drama Queen of Tears.

Kim Soo Hyun now joins Prada’s impressive lineup of South Korean ambassadors, which includes actor Byeon Woo Seok, K-pop group ENHYPEN, and TWICE’s Sana. In a press release, Prada highlighted the actor’s enduring influence in the entertainment industry, noting his celebrated roles in Dream High (2011) and My Love from the Star (2013). Throughout his career, the 36-year-old actor has since become one of South Korea’s most acclaimed talents, with his latest Netflix and tvN series Queen of Tears racking up 29.2 million cumulative views and 682.6 million hours of watch time during its first half. “These achievements further solidify Kim Soo Hyun’s position as one of the most sought-after and influential actors of his era,” the brand expressed through a press statement.

As Prada’s ambassador, Kim Soo Hyun is set to represent the brand at major events and official engagements. Fans can anticipate his attendance at Milan Fashion Week, alongside his fellow global ambassadors.
