Naomi Osaka is officially back on the US Open court after a two-year hiatus. The 26-year-old tennis star hit the scene with incontestable fashion, rocking outfits adorned with supersized bows. Who says athletes can't bring top style to the games?

The outfits in question were made by Nike designer and global curator Yoon Ahn, and were tagged as a collaboration with Japanese brand Ambush. According to the designer, she was inspired by the aesthetic subculture Lolita, which "offers an escape from adulthood, a return to the innocence and beauty of childhood. It’s a doorway to a fantasy world where you can craft an ideal identity that may not fit everyday norms but feels perfect in this imaginative space."

There's no doubt that the resulting OOTDs fit that bill. She wore two outfits: one in a white and lime green colorway, and the other in classic black and white. Both were composed of ruffle skirts, bow-pinned bomber jackets, and, of course, bow-decorated kicks.
Lime Green
Anyone in need of a citrus burst? Naomi was a vision in highlighter green, with her visor, wristbands, and sneaker bows in perfect coordination.

Black and White
Just like the last outfit, the next was a frilly fete, but this time in black and white. She leveled up the look with pearl studs in her hair, and was photographed entering the court with ribbon covers on her headphones. Even her sports bag featured a massive bow front and center!

Netizens React to Naomi Osaka's US Open Outfits
Fans online raved over the tennis star's head-turning gear, rushing to her comments section to draw comparisons to the manga character Sailor Moon, whom Naomi has as her profile picture. Others yet praised Naomi for celebrating girlhood on the courts, noting that children may be inspired to pursue tennis after seeing her match.
