Fresh off the plane from El Salvador, Michelle Dee arrived at the NAIA Terminal 1 where she was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by fans. Upon her arrival, she was welcomed by her mother and Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez and Miss Universe 2011 3rd Runner-Up and Miss Universe Philippines National Director Shamcey Supsup.
She then changed into a head-to-toe white look and added a pop of color via a red scarf necklace. On top, she wore a trompe l'oeil patchwork top by Renz Reyes.

"My goal was to make all of you proud," Michelle said as she addressed the crowd. "To represent our country as best as possible. Nakita niyo naman nakuha natin lahat ng special awards? And, obviously, that's a testament to how prepared the Philippines was, to how much dedication, creativity, and passion we all showed the universe."
Welcome home, Michelle! We're so proud of you!
