What does one wear to a "skin tone creative formal" event? Best Dressed List 2024 honoree Matteo Guidicelli's interpretation of the Preview Ball 2024 dress code effortlessly embodies timeless elegance infused with modern swagger—very much akin to his style DNA.
LOOK: Matteo Guidicelli Wears William Lee to the Preview Ball 2024
Gracing the Marriott Grand Ballroom at Newport World Resorts in a sharp double breasted suit by William Lee, Matteo looked every bit like a dapper gentleman. Clad in warm earth tones as styled by David Milan, Matteo tells Preview that his take on the nude dress code palette was to "blend it with some light browns, and a nice cream jacket and then mother of pearl buttons."

His Rubinacci pocket square gives a stylish nod to his Italian heritage—an influence that has shaped his penchant for crisp linen suits and shirts in light, refreshing hues.

While opting for a linen suit is very much akin to Venetian fashion, his reason for opting for this material for his bespoke suit was very much practical: "We're in the Philippines, it's hot, so it's hard to go with wool suits," he says matter-of-factly. "So I decided we're gonna do a nice linen suit."

To cap off his look, he donned his trusty pair of Lorenzo Camarda tassel loafers. Handmade by an Italian family, these best-selling moccasins are crafted from a single piece of leather and sewn together with a single seam.

Looking great, Matteo!
