In case you missed it: Marian Rivera is starring in her first Cinemalaya film entitled Balota. Set during the 2007 general elections, the thriller-satire follows the story of a public school teacher named Emmy (played by Marian), who runs to the forests with the ballot boxes after violence breaks out in the local precincts. Directed by Kip Oebanda, the film is an official entry in this year's Cinemalaya lineup, an annual independent film festival.
At the gala premiere last August 4, Marian arrived on the red carpet clad in a youthful all-white ensemble styled by Melville Sy of Studio 24c. Read on and get a closer look at her outfit.
LOOK: Marian Rivera's Premiere Night Outfit for "Balota"
Marian kept it sleek yet elegant for the gala premiere. Dressed in a white full-length tube top with matching straight-cut trousers by COS, the actress punctuated the look with minimalist gold jewelry from APM Monaco: a pair of stud earrings and a hammered collar necklace.

Her arm candy of choice is a fuzzy pink Louis Vuitton Twist bag with an exterior lining of shearling. She tops off the look with a soft makeup look and an iron-straight, half-up hairdo. Classy, chic, and timeless!
