Yup, in case you missed it, there will be two Filipinas at the Miss Universe competition this December. Gracing the event with Philippine bet Bea Gomez is actress and entrepreneur Marian Rivera. The Kapuso star was recently confirmed to be a pageant judge.
Talking about her new responsibility, Marian shared that it's a huge honor for her to be selected as a judge and that she's excited to meet the candidates. "Minsan lang mabigyan ng pagkakataon na makabilang sa isang mahalagang okasyon sa mundo kung saan bitbit mo ang bandila ng ating bansa," she said in a media conference.
Marian teased earlier about her stint as she captioned an IG post with "Honored." clad in a stunning red frock. As it turns out, it's just one of nine portraits that the actress took to commemorate her role at Miss Universe. On her Instagram, the actress posted a series of photos lensed by Mark Nicdao.
