Don’t let anyone tell you that you’ll need a special event to get all dolled up and be photographed for the ‘gram. Take it from Magui Ford, who recently staged an editorial-esque photoshoot just because.
The best part: She directed the shoot all by herself! Take a closer look at her stunning photos below.
LOOK: Magui Ford’s Self-Directed Photoshoot
Styled by Ryan Viloria, Magui was dressed in a jaw-dropping frock truly fit for a princess. The teal number featured a soft corset that cascaded into an ethereal floor-length skirt made of gossamer tulle. The same material was used for her sheer puffed sleeves, which perfectly complemented the dainty dress and eliminated the need for any additional jewelry and accessories.
Magui’s dewy and rosy beauty look, courtesy of Denise Ochoa, was totally on par with her romantic OOTD as well. Meanwhile, hairstylist KENJIE pulled back Magui’s soft waves into a low, voluminous ponytail with face-framing tendrils for an elegant finishing touch.
Poised and sophisticated, Magui flaunted her look in a grassy field that was straight out of a storybook. In one layout, she opted to stay near a red tractor to evoke cottagecore vibes.
The dreamy ensemble and the stunning shoot location, coupled with Ria Regino’s sharp eye for photography, really brought Magui’s fairytale-inspired vision to life. One thing’s for sure: Daniel Padilla's not-so-little sister has all the makings of a fashion-forward model and a talented creative director.
In case you don’t know, this actually isn’t the first time that Magui produced her own photoshoot. When she turned 21 earlier this year, she marked the milestone by directing and styling her own birthday photoshoot.
You look amazing, Magui!
