Stylist Kim Yap, who collaborated with her sister Boop Yap on the look, shared the vision behind the ensemble: "The look we are going for is dainty, delicate, and dreamy," she reveals.
According to Kim, the goal was to exude elegance and confidence, "inspired by soft, flowing silhouettes and understated glamour." She then adds, "The gown was meticulously designed with delicate ruching at the bust and a twisted draped detail at the waist to enhance the figure while maintaining a soft, feminine touch. A daring high-slit adds a modern, sultry element, allowing movement and grace with every step."
The look was a perfect balance of softness and structure. Elevating it further were her curated sparklers from Mei Diamond Jewelry and Tessera Jewelry—a set of dangling earrings and stacks of diamond rings that added an elegant yet restrained touch to the whole ensemble. Keeping things minimalist, Kathryn completed her 'fit with a pair of nude barely-there heels from Le Silla.
Kathryn's makeup, done by Owen Sarmiento, was luminous and fresh, featuring soft, neutral tones that enhanced her features while maintaining a radiant, dewy finish punctuated by a red-orange matte lip.
