The Entertainment Editors' Choice Awards, a.k.a. the EDDYS, held its 7th edition last Sunday, July 7, where they honored the most outstanding work in the film industry over the past year. One of the personalities who took home a coveted trophy was Julia Montes, who was hailed Best Actress for her work on Five Breakups and a Romance.

Julia was tied with Third World Romance actress Charlie Dizon for the Best Actress award. In her acceptance speech, Julia expressed her gratitude to the EDDYS for recognizing her performance in the 2023 romance film. "Ito po'ng parangal na binigay nyo ngayon, sobra-sobra po'ng nakaka-inspire na lalo pang pagbutihan," she said
For the big night, she was a regal sight in a black Filipiniana dress from Light Shine White. The custom-made frock featured a structured bustier and a floor-length skirt that gathered at one side. Of course, not absent from the look were the iconic butterfly sleeves.
Aside from her rosy makeup by Harlyn Fernandez and movie star waves by MJ Rone, Julia's array of Tessera jewelry truly made her glow.
