Heart Evangelista is back on the red carpet. This time around, she accompanied her husband, Sen. Chiz Escudero, to the opening of the 19th congress and this year's State of the Nation Address (SONA). While we usually see jaw-dropping designer looks on the style star, Heart will always have a soft spot for her fave color: white!

The 37-year-old actress and entrepreneur went with her go-to color and one of her faves local designers, Mark Bumgarner. Now, at first glance, Heart’s outfit may seem chic and simple, her modern terno's details will do all the talking! Take a closer look and you'll see the bodice feature exquisite draping that transistions into a fitted midi skirt with intricate floral embroidery.
To complete her look, Heart opted for a silver pair of platform heels and her micro Hermès Kelly purse. As for her accessories, she adorned her neck with a diamond tennis necklace and stacked mixed metals as her arm candy. She also wasn't shy in wearing all her favorite rings!
For her second look during the event, Heart slipped into another terno-inspired number by Mark Bumgarner. Her red carpet look had her in a fully-beaded gown featuring a bustier-style bodice with a sweetheart-neckline and a straight-cut skirt that grazed the floor.
