Designer novelty items don’t exactly get the best rep in the fashion community. For quite a hefty price tag, they don’t seem to serve any actual purpose— but that’s clearly not the case in Heart Evangelista’s fashion playbook.

In case you missed it, Heart is in Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025. A regular on the fashion week circuit, the 39-year-old actress kickstarted a slew of appearances with the Fendi show, held last Tuesday, September 17.
Ahead of the event, Heart was spotted strolling the sunlit streets of the Italian fashion landmark, dressed head-to-toe in pieces by the Roman luxury house. Clad in a dark purple fitted wool top and matching skirt, Heart spruced up the look with a light brown Peekaboo bag, blue-tinted cat-eye sunglasses, and a particularly eye-catching piece: a knotted gray leather necklace with a lollipop-shaped pendant.
The playful charm, known as the "Lollipop Holder," is a collaboration piece between Fendi and Spanish confectionery brand Chupa Chups. Its function? As whimsical as its design—it’s specifically made to hold a Chupa Chups lollipop. It features an adjustable knot strap and a magentic closure, complete with Fendi's signature Selleria stitching and the iconic FF gold metal hardware embellishment.
