Heart Evangelista's recent "noir" OOTD on Instagram almost instantly reminded us of the famed Gossip Girl character! Needless to say, it's a look that seemingly came straight out of Queen B's closet. The actress sported a Chanel tweed jacket adorned with extra large buttons and a chain brooch. Underneath, Heart wore a beribboned, black-piped button-down shirt that screams school girl chic.
She teamed the look with a pleated gold metallic mini skirt and opted out of her usual platform stilettos in favor of black booties! Of course, knowing Heart, an outfit wouldn't be complete without some sparklers, so she wore matching Chanel necklaces and pearl drop earrings to finish off her Blair-approved OOTD. So chic!
