This holiday season, her husband, Hayden Kho, surprised her during their Christmas getaway to Paris. It was the perfect gift to top off her collection: the elusive Birkin Faubourg.

On Christmas Eve, the doctor-to-the-stars gave followers a glimpse into their recent Parisian holiday via Instagram. The reel featured a private moment in an Hermès boutique where she sat in an exclusive room. Hayden then handed her the maison’s signature orange box, which unveiled the holy grail of many Hermès aficionados: the Birkin Faubourg. This version in particular comes in the size 20, in gray taupe leather. "Finally I've been wanting this bag for so long," she says at the end of the video.
About the Hermes Birkin Faubourg Bag
According to Sotheby's, the Birkin Faubourg is among Hermes' most expensive Birkin bags, alongside the Himalayan, the Matte Alligator, and the Diamond Birkin. A limited-edition piece first introduced in 2019, the Faubourg's design draws inspiration from the storefront of Hermès' flagship store located along Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris. Distinctive details include miniature windows with orange sills, a shopping bag-inspired clochette, a matte alligator top flap, and matching alligator handles.
Due to its scarcity and use of exotic materials, the Faubourg is nearly impossible to acquire directly from stores. After all, not all Hermès clients can expect to simply secure this treasure, making its value skyrocket on resale platforms. While official prices remain a mystery, reports indicate that the white version has been listed for $300,000 (around P17.5 million), while a Midnight Black iteration once fetched $160,000 (approximately P9.3 million) at auction.
