Now in new stages of their careers and personal lives, the Gen Z stars are commemerating their growth on the ABS-CBN Ball red carpet.

Each year it's held, the ABS-CBN Ball is graced by the finest stars of the Kapamilya network.

The annual soiree serves as a stage for guests to make bold sartorial statements, each look reflecting the year’s theme through their respective personas. But more than just a recurring fashion spectacle, the Ball offers a chance for individuals to make their presence felt. In a constellation of stars who have long secured their place in the spotlight, that chance is nothing short of crucial.

Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin made their debut at the event last 2019. Reeling from the resounding success of their teleserye Kadenang Ginto, the two attended the Ball as fresh faces, rookies who had nothing to lose, but everything to prove. In adherence to that year's Filipiniana dress code, Francine was in a cotton candy pink ball gown, while Seth was in a contemporary cropped barong

Six years later, "FranSeth," as they're collectively referred to, find themselves preparing for another appearance at the event. Much has changed, no doubt, with the two. As they once again arrive on the red carpet, a couple of steps away from a ballroom filled with a powerhouse guest list, Francine and Seth are eager to reintroduce themselves. The twosome has bloomed anew, and they're determined to make it known.

Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin’s Stylist on Their ABS-CBN Ball 2025 Preparations

This year's Ball calls for guests to arrive in their best "spring formal" ensembles—a motif that instantly brings to mind pastel shades, floral patterns, and airy, flouncy silhouettes. For the big night, FranSeth will be dressed by Jro Alarcio in looks that are hopefully "visually striking but still true to their own aesthetics."

Francine will blossom on the red carpet in custom Debbie Co as she enters a more mature phase of her womanhood. Meanwhile, Seth takes cues from the flower power era of the 1960s with a retro-inspired Chynna Mamawal suit. Both looks will be adorned with exquisite jewels from Tessera. "It's all about celebrating their unique personalities with the essence of spring," Jro adds. "Their looks symbolize both their artistic growth and how they are blossoming as young stars."

Jro encountered Francine and Seth at a time when they've already elevated to a level of stardom. No longer novices, but not yet veterans. More than saplings, and continually flourishing. In their time together as professionals, he attests that the Gen Z actors have certainly grown, especially in terms of their style.

"When we first started working together, they were still finding their footing, but now they know themselves more. Both of them have embraced a more refined version of themselves," he shares.

The stylist emphasizes how each look we see is a joint effort between him and the pair. There's a palpable sense of trust in Jro's visions, which he always aims to merge with how Francine and Seth see themselves as maturing artists. "As clients, they’re incredibly professional, but also fun to collaborate with," Jro says. "They’re both open to trying new things. Their willingness to explore different styles keeps it exciting for me as a stylist."

Whether one considers themselves a FranSeth stan or not, one can observe a shift in how the two dress. Sure, there's the oft-referenced "mature roles" that translate to a more risque image for many, whether that's in regard to their acting gigs or outfit choices. But for Francine and Seth, maturing means keeping who they are intact while also expanding themselves through other outlets.

Jro experiences this firsthand. As someone in charge of their outward appearances, he knows the importance of upholding their personalities in the ways they dress. In his words, "They trust me to style them in ways that feel authentic to who they are, and that kind of mutual respect really strengthens our relationships."

Beyond the extravagance of their garbs, Francine and Seth are wielding their truest selves as their most essential accessory. As we wait to see what they've cooked up for this year's Ball, we're promised to expect nothing but the best. When they saunter down the red carpet, Jro hopes audiences can feel a budding energy ingrained in their looks. "It’s a celebration of them as artists and as people who are continuously blossoming," he puts it.
