Summer is back in the desert! Held annually in Indio, California, Coachella is more than just a grand music festival–it's a vibrant cultural feast where music, art, and fashion converge. Since its inception in 1993, countless international A-listers have attended the two-weekend festivities. Among its Hollywood mainstays over the years include Vanessa Hudgens (the internet-proclaimed Coachella queen!), Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Rihanna, Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, Gigi and Bella Hadid, and so much more. In recent years, more and more Filipino celebrities have been flying out to California to bask in the Coachella experience, including Liza Soberano, Kelsey Merritt, and Kim Jones.
The musical festival unfolds over two weekends, spanning three days each. This year, the first weekend kicked off on April 12 to 14, while the second weekend is set for April 19 to 21. This year’s lineup includes performances by acclaimed musical acts such as Lana Del Rey, Tyler the Creator, LE SSERAFIM, Sabrina Carpenter, and Doja Cat.
Sartorially, Coachella was once synonymous with a distinctly bohemian aesthetic. Tiered flowy maxi skirts, crochet tops paired with denim cutoffs, fringe details, and flower crowns were associated with the quintessential Coachella wardrobe. However, this year, outfits have leaned into a more Western cowboy-esque look. From the boots, belts, and wide-brimmed hats, the Coachella aesthetic is evidently changing shape.
Regardless, throughout all six days of good music and endless sunshine, attendees bring their unique style sensibilities to the festival. And at this year's Coachella, our local celebrities made sure to go all out with their outfits!

Andrea Brillantes is consistently raising the bar with her concert outfits! At this year's Coachella, we were mesmerized by her ethereal all-white ensemble on day one. The 21-year-old actress adorned herself in laced pieces from head to toe, featuring a cropped tube top and ruffled shorts, accentuated by a delicate veil. To enhance her look, Andrea chose stylish cowboy boots, perfect for a long day of walking and dancing to great music in the desert!
2. Lorin Gutierrez
While we loved Lorin Gutierrez's twinning moment with Andrea on day one, her sultry all-black outfit deserves just as much praise. In Lorin's fashion playbook, there's always room for a bit of spice, and this monochromatic ensemble proves just that! Her form-fitting black jumpsuit features stylish midriff and thigh cut-outs, adorned with subtle diamond embellishments. 3. Mond Gutierrez
A sequined shirt to a festival in the desert? Absolutely! If there's any local celebrity who's frequented Coachella the most, it's definitely Mond Gutierrez. This year, on day two, the celebrity entrepreneur and TV host sported a black sequinned shirt by Belgian designer Dries Van Noten. A namesake fashion brand best known for its directional and forward-looking designs, Mond's shirt of choice speaks volumes about his affinity for elevated outfits on any occasion!
4. Bretman Rock
The perpetually stylish Bretman Rock graced the Californian desert for the festivities! Renowned as "the baddest" among them all, Bretman delivered a masterclass in layering for a day-long outdoor affair, styled impeccably by Brian Meller. The Filipino-American personality effortlessly rocked a flowy, sheer white blouse layered beneath a contrasting vest, perfectly paired with loose black trousers, a vintage buckle leather belt, and sleek black sunglasses.
5. Kylie Verzosa
Beauty queen Kylie Verzosa was the epitome of Coachella chic in this denim-on-denim ensemble. She sported the classic Americana look and infused it with a dash of festival glamor, thanks to an eye-catching rhinestone-embellished bralette underneath her denim vest. To complete the look, Kylie's choice of beaters was a pair of two-tone cowboys for that ultimate Western flair. 6. Maureen Wroblewitz
Filipina-German model Maureen Wroblewitz's day one outfit was the perfect blend between bold and dainty.
