In her own take of the artista derma outfit, the internet’s president Nadine Lustre went for low-key looks during her visits to the Aivee Clinic. A series of videos posted by the celebrity-favorite dermatologist saw the actress-singer sporting blue ensembles sans a bra, with fans gushing about her trendsetting ways.
2. Sue Ramirez
Owing to personal preference, Sue Ramirez has long been vocal with her penchant for braless looks. In her 2019 appearance in Tonight with Boy Abunda, the actress expressed that bras caused her discomfort, which ultimately led to her decision to forgo them from her everyday wear.
“As a person, hindi ko ginagawa ang mga bagay na hindi ako komportable,” she said. “Ang tagal kong ni-restrain ang sarili ko. Nasisikipan ako, naiinitan ako, hindi ako komportable, so I decided in April to stop wearing bras.”
The actress felt that it was a “liberating” choice. “Ginagawa ko lang siya dati kasi feeling ko hindi komportable ang mga tao sa paligid ko.”

After sharing a mirror snap with a braless tank top in 2020, Ylona Garcia was met with the ire of body-shaming comments on social media. However, the young actress-singer remained graceful in response.
“Beauty standards are influenced by age, environment, time, and culture. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that,” she began. “But in my opinion, I feel sorry for them. Giving comments especially about a person’s physicality, they’re basically judging a person based on their own standards.”

A staunch defender of the braless outfit, Ivana Alawi had once affirmed her stance on the subject in Angelica Panganiban’s online talk show. “Ayokong may masikip sa katawan ko. Gusto ko [palagi] akong free,” she said. Instead of the usual bra, the actress opted for nipple covers and tapes.
