What are the Fendi Coffee Carriers?
Recently spotted making their way down the catwalk of the Fendi Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 collection, these coffee carriers come in two designs. The first is a foldable flap with three holes to carry the coffee, while the brand’s signature Fendi Roma logo is printed on the sides. The second is shaped like the typical box coffee carrier but with the Fendi monogram printed all over. Both are crafted from the brand's premium leather giving the coffee carriers a touch of luxury and sophistication that even Starbucks and Tim Hortons would envy.
Now, you’re probably wondering, "Why coffee carriers?"
Aside from the fact that most of the world's population drink coffee, Fendi’s SS24 collection was a homage to their workforce. Their show was held inside their new 50-million-euro leather goods factory, displaying their new menswear collection in the very environment they were made. As models walked down the runway, you could see the machinery and artisans working in the background, as if it was just another normal work day.
Of course, the models also had to dress the part, from designers wearing overcoats and dress shirts with measuring tape around their shoulders to artisans wearing denim and leather aprons filled with tools. And then came the trusty intern with the coffee carrier.
