Ella married her long-time beau Enrique Miranda in December 2023. Three months later, last March, the newlyweds embarked on a picturesque honeymoon to Morocco and Turkey. "Enrique and I wanted to choose destinations we’ve never been to. These two beautiful countries were always on both of our bucket lists," Ella shared in an exclusive chat with Preview.

How Ella Pangilinan Packed for Her Honeymoon
When it comes to preparing for a trip, Ella usually takes into consideration the weather, the activities they have lined up, and the customs of a particular destination. "These make me understand what are necessary pieces to have. I also sometimes research on what locals wear if I’ve never been [to a place]," she explained.
For this trip, Ella had a clear theme in mind: “desert wilderness,” entailing tropical prints and a neutral color palette. And just as it is with building any wardrobe, Ella began with the essentials and built her way up from there. "It’s good to start with the basics, so no matter what, I will have an outfit to put on. Then, I select sources of inspiration for colors or patterns or specific silhouettes that can give me some kind of a 'theme' because it’s important for me that I get to mix and match all my pieces."
While it's good to have a set structure in place, Ella underscored the importance of flexibility, granted that changes are inevitable on any trip. "I need [clothing] options, I can’t just plan an outfit per day and rely on that because sometimes plans change," she noted.
