The gown, detailed with its deep V neckline, added an extra dose of shimmer to its eye-catching shade, courtesy of the sequins embellished on its bodice. Separating its silken faille skirt and the sequined upper half, meanwhile, is a belt cinching its waist, daintily tied with a ribbon. The dress first made its appearance in Monique Lhuillier’s Spring 2023 ready-to-wear collection, which featured a roster of bold, saturated colors much like the canary creation.
However, eyes can’t help but gravitate towards her atypical choice of footwear for the night. In several blue carpet shots, the actress lifted up the skirt of her dress, cheekily revealing her shoes: the classic Crocs clogs in a matching shade of yellow!
On Instagram, Brooke clarified the reason why she opted for the distinguishable pair of clogs. “Red carpet three days post foot surgery… what’s a girl to do?! Wear @crocs. That’s what you’re to do!”
