It's no secret that BINI is one of this generation's most influential figures in P-pop. On Spotify alone, the eight-member girl group has amassed a total of two million monthly listeners, instantly cementing them as one of the most streamed Filipino artists in the country. 

When it's time to hit the stage, the BINI girls never miss a beat when it comes to dazzling the dance floor with their vibrant outfits, all thanks to their tireless visual director, Ica Villanueva. In an interview with Preview, the resident stylist revealed how she collaborates with Filipino designers to come up with outfits for the group. And true enough, we've spotted quite a number of Filipino-made ensembles on their feed.

BINI celebrated their second anniversary in this dream-like, floral-themed photoshoot! The looks, featuring pieces by Steph Verano and Black Code Manila, were a fresh coming together of pastel hues, feminine silhouettes, and dainty textures. The girls were absolutely blooming!

2. Marian Zara and Renan Pacson

Last June 2023, the P-pop stars jetted off to Singapore for SPECTACLE! 2023, a music festival featuring P-pop and S-pop (Singapore pop) music artists. And of course, the nation's girl group rolled up in the most eye-catching outfits, all decked out in sequined tops and metallic-finished skirts! We totally loved the magenta and cobalt blue 'fits by Marian Zara and Renan Pecson.

5. Herwin Cardoza

This is a set of looks that will command attention from onlookers. Donning custom outfits by Ilonggo designer Herwin Cardoza, the cohesive color story coupled with layers of different textures tied all eight looks together.

6. Cora and Cecilia

How could we forget these memorable outfits? During their Grand Pantropiko Day on ASAP on April 14, the BINI girls turned up the summer heat in vibrant crochet creations by Cora and Cecilia. These eye-catching looks quickly went viral on Facebook after Maricel Lombiro, one of the designers behind the brand, shared photos of the challenging production process involved in creating these ensembles. Impressively, all eight outfits were completed in just five days, as revealed by the designers in an exclusive interview with Preview. Wow!

7. Inigo Villegas and Ica Villanueva

Yes, you read that right. These meticulously designed outfits were co-created by Iñigo Villegas and BINI’s resident stylist, Ica Villanueva! Worn during a performance on It’s Showtime, these ensembles showcased a captivating mix of textures and colors. The tasteful combination of seashell embellishments with hues of green, white, pink, and brown is a perfect example of how to create an eye-catching set of outfits, even with a subdued color story.

8. Marian Zara

At a Samsung event on April 15, the girls looked radiant in pastel blue and purple outfits by Marian Zara. True to BINI’s visual identity, these custom-made ensembles are particularly noteworthy for their use of softer palettes on edgier silhouettes. We also love the hints of personality present in each member’s outfit, all while maintaining a cohesive group aesthetic.

Remember when BINI went viral for drawing a jam-packed crowd during a mall show? Interestingly, the group’s main dancer, Sheena, was wearing a spandex bodysuit from Preview Best Filipino Fashion Designers 2023 honoree Randolf Clothing on that momentous day! While the exact piece is not available on the brand’s official website, a similar long-sleeve tanga-cut bodysuit is up for P2,500.
