Spring was in full-bloom at the Star Magical Prom. Following the theme Bridgerton, the Bellevue Hotel was transformed into a lush floral garden by Dave Sandoval to celebrate the young crop of artists who are set to carve their mark in the local industry.
The night was nothing less than opulent, what with the Gen Z stars dressed in their most glamorous interpretation of prom attire. With chic touches of regency period fashion such as intricate beadwork, elaborate sleeves, and dainty hues, the young stars strutted down the ivory carpet and proved that they are definitely ones to watch! 1. Belle Mariano
Fans that were eagerly awaiting DonBelle would agree that the best was definitely saved for last at the ivory carpet. Belle Mariano was an absolute vision and looked like a bonafide movie star in her Francis Libiran strapless ballgown that had yards and yards of luxe ostrich feathers for a skirt. Did you know? Her entire look cost almost P100 million!
2. Francine Diaz
Francine Diaz was a sunny sight to behold in her elegant belted ballgown that she was actually very hands-on in designing with Val Taguba. "I don't like it, I love it," Chin said in a reel she posted. Fun fact: Twitter was very happy with her choice of hue as it's the color of her fandom!
3. Vivoree Esclito
Vivoree Esclito stole the show in a nude gown by Ehrran Montoya that boasted of floor-length sleeves, slightly puffed shoulders, and appliqués that gracefully cascaded into a sheer skirt. With her hair in an updo and loose tendrils framing her face, we can totally see her in a scene plucked out from the top viewed Netflix show.
4. Karina Bautista
If you thought that the theme would deter iterations of the hubadera aesthetic, you thought wrong. Jaws dropped as Karina Bautista entered in a sultry embellished gown that had a midriff cut-out and a high slit. Her sequined look was reminiscent of a mermaid and made this 'fit equal parts whimsical and sexy. So stunning!
5. Andrea Brillantes
In Bridgerton, every season has a "diamond" named by the Queen, and for this particular ball, there's no question that Blythe was just that. She was absolutely radiant! As sparkly as her custom Michael Leyva column gown was, we definitely can't deny that it was her glow that kept all eyes on her.
