Atasha Muhlach is taking on a thrilling new role! On Tuesday, March 13, Viva announced that the Gen Z actress and host will star in the local adaptation of the hit Thai film Bad Genius. And for the press launch event, Atasha made sure to ace her style game.

ICYDK, Bad Genius is a 2017 Thai blockbuster that follows Lynn, a straight-A student who turns her intellect into a lucrative business scheme—helping classmates cheat on exams through elaborate, high-risk methods.
For the press event, Atasha leaned into the schoolgirl aesthetic but gave it a sophisticated, fashion-forward upgrade. Styled by Leanne Ledesma of Qurator Studio, she built her outfit around a neutral palette of greys, blacks, and whites, punctuated by a tasteful pop of blue. She wore a striped button-down featuring a matching necktie—a crowd-favorite pick from local brand R/STUDIOS—paired with a pleated grey mini skirt featuring a light blue stripe along the hem for a subtle, varsity-inspired detail.
The finishing touch? A pair of black Mary Jane Tabi pumps from Maison Margiela, made playful with bedazzled knee-high stockings. The result: polished, preppy, and just rebellious enough to fit the Bad Genius narrative.
