In case you missed it, Netflix released a new reality show early this month called Super Rich in Korea. The six-part series follows the exuberant lifestyles of five one percenters living in Seoul. Among them is Aren Yoo, a 24-year-old high-end client ambassador, known for connecting global luxury brands with Korean celebrities. While not much is known about her family's background, Aren has gained quite a social media following for her frequent appearances at the biggest fashion and high society events. A quick scroll through her Instagram feed will show you her photos alongside industry giants like Anna Wintour, Miuccia Prada, Giorgio Armani, and Pierpaolo Piccioli. Based on these interactions alone, it's evident that Aren has built close ties with these fashion icons.

Just how close is Aren to these designers, you might ask? Well, in one of the show's episodes, Aren revealed that Italian luxury house Dolce & Gabbana closed their flagship store in Cheongdam-dong for her 24th birthday celebration. In a short clip in the episode, Aren is seen meeting with the store's representatives, who shared that it was the first time the boutique had ever hosted a birthday party.

Clearly, not just anybody can have their birthday party at a Dolce & Gabbana store. In fact, Aren revealed that she got acquainted with Alfonso Dolce and Stefano Gabbana themselves while attending their shows. "Since I became good friend with the Dolce family, they closed their store and threw a birthday party for me, their client, for the first time in the brand's history in Korea," Aren revealed. Wow!
