“From a dark fairytale to a chaotic fun night with my It’s Okay to Not Be Okay family,” Anne shared on Instagram, adding, “We’ve done [four] pretty tough yet fun lock-ins—it was a great night to give back and have fun with the cast, staff, and crew. Merry Christmas IOTNBO Fam! See you next year!”

The venue was transformed into a lush, dramatic wonderland by renowned event stylist Dave Sandoval, whose design choices captured the ethereal darkness of the series’ theme. The long banquet tables were laden with black table linens and garnished with scarlet roses, hydrangeas, and cascading berries. Golden candle sticks flickered against a backdrop of dramatic greenery and twinkling fairy lights, creating a moody, immersive atmosphere. Apples and glass cloches—a nod to classic fairytale motifs—completed the styling, which felt equal parts opulent and whimsical.

“I said simple and chic, but [Dave] turned it into a fairy garden,” Anne said, praising the stylist for bringing the dark fairytale vision to life.
Dave shared his excitement on Instagram, writing, “Thankful for the opportunity to style Anne Curtis’ holiday celebration for her team in the upcoming adaptation of the K-drama It’s Okay to Not Be Okay. She personally planned the event and was happy with our interpretation of the theme, with lush, glam, and dramatic elements in a garden setting. I am so impressed with her generosity in showing appreciation for her team—she is truly one of the nicest stars in the business.”
