Los Angeles-founded premium athletic apparel store Alo is heading to the Philippines. Eagle-eyed shoppers—including beauty content creator Marj Maroket—spotted the store located on Greenbelt 5's ground floor. The exact details about the brand's opening date in Manila are still pretty scarce, but what we do know for sure is that it's "coming soon."
Athletic Brand Alo Is Opening in the Philippines
Alo, founded in 2007, has built a cult-favorite status with some of our internationally beloved celebrities, models, and influencers. You may have previously seen the brand on Filipino-American model Kelsey Merritt and Filipino-Irish model Christina Nadin.
BTS' Jin, who recently became Alo's newest global ambassador for 2025, is another global star who has been seen sporting pieces from Alo. Blackpink's Jisoo was also hard-launched as the new face of Alo Yoga in January 2024.
What to expect from Alo Philippines
With Alo opening in the Philippines, Filipino shoppers will have easier access to its array of quality athleisure. The brand, founded because of an interest in yoga, also champions mindfulness, which can be seen on its official Instagram page.
