Yassi Pressman was met with a delightful surprise during her recent out-of-town trip. While posing for a photoshoot in Carbon Market, Cebu, she came across a mother and her child whom she found out was named after her! What she did next was absolutely heartwarming!

As mentioned on her Instagram, Yassi revealed that she started her morning with a surprise visit to a market in Cebu. In a video she posted, Yassi can be seen posing for photos when a mom came up to her to share that she had named her daughter after the actress. “Really? Naghahanap ako ng Baby Yassi dito!” she replied excitedly while asking for a photo of the child.
This prompted the mom to bring her daughter over to meet her famous namesake. Yassi eventually crossed paths with her mini me later on, named Princess Yassi Villajuan, complete with an official certificate from her school.
“Inaantok ka pa? Pasensya ka na nagising ka yata,” she even hilariously told the young girl before asking about her schooling. Upon finding out that Baby Yassi was set to enter the second grade, Yassi surprised her mother by promising, “Sige sagot ko na yung grade 2 niya.”
The mom jumped for joy while thanking the actress. Afterwards, the three posed for a photo to remember the adorable moment. Before she left, Yassi cemented her promise by directing the mother to her team so they could keep in contact.
Yassi ended her video with a message to her new friend. “Talagang napaka-perfect! Baby Yassi sa Cebu, we found another one! Ako na bahala sa grade 2 mo.”
