Short answer: It depends. First, luxury yachts place a premium on time and location, so a rental in Subic will cost differently from a voyage in El Nido. Additionally, the rate will of course vary if you're booking an afternoon leisure cruise versus an overnight stay.
Second, other variables like the guest capacity, consumables, and onboard activities will also factor in the costs adding up. Boracay
The Luxury Motor Yacht Cruise by Discover And Beyond will give you three hours of cruising for P55,000 (maximum capacity: 25 persons). You get private use of the catamaran yacht, complimentary water, and use of snorkeling gear and life vests. You can choose to sail in the morning (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or afternoon (3 to 6 p.m.).
Note: Due to a recent executive order by the LGU of Boracay, guests are not allowed to bring any food and drinks on board.

Jokai Marine International Inc. offers a "party yacht" called JOKAI I, a 22-meter day cruiser catamaran which was built in 2014. It can accommodate a maximum of 50 guests. Jokai offers several packages depending on your requirements:
- Intimate Cruise: A four-hour cruise (either from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) for a maximum of 30 people starts at P35,900
- Infinite Cruise: A four-hour cruise (either from 9 p.m. to1 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) for a maximum of 50 people starts at P64,900
- Indefinite Cruise: A four-hour cruise (either from 9 p.m. to 1 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) for a maximum of 50 people starts at P89,900
Take note that food and beverages are charged separately, but can be supplied by the operator. A corkage fee of P3,000 for food and P2,000 for drinks will apply if you choose to get them elsewhere.
The vessel can also be a venue for events like weddings, birthdays, or debuts! For example, their I NEED All-Inclusive Package costs P114,900 for 4 hours. With that price tag, you get the following:
- Food (buffet) good for 30 persons
- Music by locally renowned DJ
- Photo session with aerial shots by a renowned local photographer
- Cocktails bar unlimited for 4 hours (includes 4 types of cocktails, 1 shooter, 2 non-alcoholic beverages, served by an International Cruise Ship bartender)

Palawan
The Sunreef Catamaran 60 Loft Yacht by LXV Lifestyle is perfect for island-hopping around paradise. Get exclusive access to private islands, and explore the surrounding areas of El Nido, Coron, Puerto Princesa, Linapacan, Bacuit Bay, and Culion Island.

An Overnight Charter will cost USD $3000 (P168,869) per day-you get a USD $1,000 (P56,290) discount if you check in after 12 noon, or check out before 12 noon. The Overnight Charter package has the following inclusions:

Depending on the size of your party, booking Discover And Beyond's Trimaran Yacht Cruise will easily hit five figures. As of writing they charge three different prices for the private use of the Trimaran yacht: P25,500 for 15 people, P38,000 for 30 people, or P55,00 for 40 people (maximum capacity).
The three-hour cruise allows you to choose the final destination. However, take note that each additional hour spent cruising will cost you P11,500 per hour. The complete package includes the following:
