Han Hae Na, portrayed by Park Gyu Young, leads an ostensibly ordinary life as a high school teacher. However, her family harbors a peculiar secret—a generational curse traced back to her ancestors. The curse manifests when a family member kisses someone, transforming them into a dog for six hours each midnight, only to revert to their original form. The cycle continues until the person, in their canine state, kisses the same person.
Navigating the challenges of romance under this unique predicament, Hae Na, in a moment of intoxication, accidentally kisses Jin Seo Won, played by Cha Eun Woo, a fellow teacher at the high school. Little do they know, this unexpected kiss sets off a series of comedic and heartwarming events. As Hae Na desperately seeks another kiss to break the spell, Seo Won grapples with his own fear of dogs stemming from a childhood incident.

Starring as the protagonist Han Hae Na is Korea’s latest sought-after actress Park Gyu Young. Dubbed the newest “Daughter of Netflix” by many K-drama-viewing netizens, the actress has starred in several productions of the streaming service, including Sweet Home, Celebrity, and the upcoming season two of Squid Game.
Playing opposite her is Hallyu hearthrob Cha Eun Woo, who, aside from being a member of K-pop group ASTRO, has made a name for himself in the K-drama world, thanks to roles in My ID Is Gangnam Beauty, True Beauty, and Island.
