The South Korean R&B musician passed away at the age of 43.

South Korean singer Wheesung has tragically passed away on March 10 at the age of 43. His agency, Tajoy Entertainment, confirmed the news through an official statement.

According to police and fire authorities, he was found unresponsive in an apartment in Seoul at approximately 6:29 p.m. KST. Emergency responders arrived following a report from his family, but he was ultimately pronounced deceased. Authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of death.

1. He made his solo debut in 2002. 

Wheesung debuted as a solo artist with his first album, Like a Movie, in 2002.
