We've always known that Dr. Vicki Belo is a respected medical professional in the world of beauty and plastic surgery. But in a recent vlog, a new side of her has been exposed to the public.
Dr. Vicki's longtime makeup artist and personal assistant joined her in a vlog for a shopping spree challenge in Paris, France. Dr. Vicki was going to attend a fashion event together with her husband Dr. Hayden Kho.
During the challenge, Dr. Vicki's staff were asked about their working experience with the famous doctor. Marife, Vicki's makeup artist, has been with her for 27 years, while Millet has been working for 15 years as the cosmetic doctor's personal assistant.

Millet and Marife revealed that their boss would always tag them along on any of her overseas trips, making it a dream come true for both of them, even if it was mostly for work. Marife says she has visited Canada, Italy, France, Australia, New Zealand, Morocco, Maldives, Singapore, Africa, and more because of Dr. Vicki.
Meanwhile, Millet would be asked to fly to other countries just for an errand. But there's no complaining as she deemed every travel with Dr. Vicki as unforgettable.
One of the most memorable errands she did for the celebrity doctor, was her two-day trip to France to buy a Jean-Paul Hevin cake. Dr. Vicki recalled that it was only because she was craving it that she requested Millet to buy some straight from Paris!
"Pag naglilihi na ako—na hindi naman buntis—ng Jean-Paul Hevin cake na napaka-favorite ko, sasabihin ko, 'Millet, pumunta ka naman ng Paris, bumili ka ng cake, oh" Dr. Vicki explained.
Dr. Vicki supports both your career and personal growth
When asked how much their life changed after they began working for Dr. Vicki, Marife couldn't help but cry. At a loss for words, she responded, "Sobrang malaki, doc. Sobra-sobra po akong thankful."
Dr. Vicki then shared the cute story of how she and Marife met. She said it was because news anchor, Karen Davila, introduced them decades ago. "Si Karen Davila kasi sabi sa akin, maganda ka naman in person pero ang pangit mo sa TV. (laughs) Karen, hello! Tapos sabi niya, kailangan mo ng makeup artist na marunong mag-makeup para sa TV. I'll introduce you to Marife, sabi niya," Dr. Vicki recounted.
Millet was one emotional and grateful person towards Vicki as well. She briefly shared her single parenthood story and how Dr. Vicki and Hayden had helped her survive it all. Dr. Vicki was already in Millet's life when she separated from her husband.
Millet thanked the couple for helping her get through the hard times of being a single mother. "Single parent lang po ako. Pinaka-important doc, since single parent ako, siyempre yung education, marami po akong gagastusan every day. Since tinulungan niyo po akong mag-raise kay Miguel, hindi po ako nahirapan sa education...Hindi na naging ano sa'kin 'yung magiging single, kasi meron naman akong masasandalan sa inyo," she said while breaking into tears.
"Pamilya namin sila," Dr. Hayden heartily remarked as Dr. Vicki, Millet, and Marife were all in tears as they reminisced all the moments they were each others' strength and happiness.
In the latter part of the vlog, Millet and Marife were given 2000 euros (that's roughly P122,000) each for them to use for shopping in Paris! The two can't stop thanking Dr. Vicki and Dr. Hayden for their generosity.
