"This is our first ever cover for 2023, so we wanted to open the year on a fresh note," Preview's Managing Editor Steph Sison-Cruz reveals. Going for a raw and stripped down look, Art Director Bacs Arcebal shares that photographer Colin Dancel was tapped because this dreamy aesthetic was right up her alley.
He also shared that the treatment was a deliberate effort to veer away from Alodia's usual looks, and that's why makeup artist Slo Lopez and hairstylist Mong Amado were instructed to keep it soft and minimal.
Rains were no match to the force that is Alodia. Dressed in the latest pieces from Filipino fashion designers, she powered through the inclement weather and was an absolute vision as she held her ground along the shores of Vivere Azure.
