Since 2004, it's provided promising fresh faces their start in the industry. The show's pioneering cast has since gone on to pursue careers in different corners of show biz, with some becoming the most recognizable and beloved Kapuso stars today.

1. Jennylyn Mercado
Becoming StarStruck's first ever Ultimate Female Survivor was only the beginning of Jennylyn Mercado's illustrious career. After her time on the show, she quickly rose to prominence both as an actress and a singer. Her performances in English Only, Please, and Walang Forever, plus her lead role in the local adaptation of My Love from the Star have only made the nation fall deeper in love with her. Currently, Jen's fulfilling her most crucial task to date: being a mom to her first child with reel-to-real partner Dennis Trillo.
2. Mark Herras
After becoming the Ultimate Male Survivor of season 1, Mark Herras also established himself as a mainstay Kapuso star. Known as the "Bad Boy of the Dancefloor," the 35-year-old regularly busts a move, whether on GMA variety shows or on his TikTok account. You can presently catch him acting opposite Kris Bernal and Rhian Ramos in their primetime teleserye Artikulo 247.
3. Yasmien Kurdi
Being one of the youngest competitors at only 15 years old didn't stop Yasmien Kurdi from showing what she's got and placing as a finalist. Post-StarStruck, Yasmien took on roles that cemented her place in the industry as an actress to watch, two of which included Mira in Encantadia and Salve in the Babangon Ako't Dudurugin Kita remake. Fans can look forward to catching her play the Pinoy version of Won In-jae in the upcoming Start-Up adaptation.

4. Rainier Castillo
Many remember Rainier Castillo for his scene-stealing, F4-inspired hairdo back in the aughts. Like most of his batchmates, he dove headfirst into being a Kapuso talent, making regular appearances on different variety shows. His recent ventures include becoming a father of one and running as a partylist representative in the 2022 national elections.
5. Nadine Samonte
Nadine Samonte has certainly matured from the fresh face she once was on StarStruck. After fulfilling a couple of supporting roles across different networks, she's taken a break from the limelight and is presently enjoying her time as a mom of three.
6. Dion Ignacio
Dion Ignacio started out as a 17-year-old Laguna native gunning for the top prize in the GMA reality show. A number of viewers may recall his leading man roles in Saan Darating Ang Umaga and Magdalena, the latter of which he co-starred in with Bela Padilla. When he's not on screen, you can catch him rollerskating around the metro or tending to his growing family.
7. Katrina Halili
While there are plenty of actresses we've grown to love because of their kindhearted characters, it takes a special talent to become the "Primera Kontrabida of the Philippines." Such a title belongs to Katrina Halili, who started out as a StarStruck contestant with her cousin, Sheena. Shows like MariMar, Darna, and Pamilya Roces just wouldn't have been the same without Katrina being the ultimate antagonist.
8. Cristine Reyes
Even if she was eliminated at an early stage of the show, Cristine Reyes still found herself enjoying a fruitful career as an actress and model. Who could forget her record-breaking portrayal of Charmaine in the box office hit No Other Woman? Nowadays, she's living a more low-key life as a mom to her mini me, Amarah.
