As young as 17 years old, Rocio was already taking classes in England and New York. Now, the Preview Best Dressed 2023 awardee is pursuing her love for fashion and photography at the esteemed Parsons School of Design abroad.
2. Kayla Uytengsu
While Alaska Milk Corporation's Wilfred Steven Uytengsu is a renowned businessman, his daughter Kayla Uytengsu has a penchant for social sciences. While completing her high school studies at International School Manila, Kayla actively contributed to the National Council Society and even led the construction of a public school library. She would eventually attend summer classes at Columbia University and the London School of Economics and Political Science before ultimately majoring in Political Science at Stanford University.
3. Mercedes Zobel de Ayala
Similar to Kayla, Mercedes Zobel de Ayala studied at International School Manila and London School of Economics and Political Science before heading off to college. As the illustrious daughter of Jaime Augusto and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Eder Zobel de Ayala, Mercedes is now a sophomore at Harvard University.
4. Alicia Aboitiz
Although the new generation of Aboitizes are discreet on social media, we can catch glimpses of Alicia Aboitiz on Rocio’s social media. It turns out that her BFF is only a few minutes away from her as she’s currently studying economics at Boston College, Massachusetts.

Earlier this year, Nikki Huang completed her double degree in sociology and international relations from Boston University. She was even awarded the College of Arts and Sciences Michael A. Sassano Prize for Writing Excellence in the Social Sciences for her honors thesis. Currently, Nikki is pursuing a master's degree in social science at the University of Chicago.

Taking after her older brother Jimuel Pacquiao Jr., Mary Pacquiao is completing her high school studies at Brent International School Manila. 7. Allison Laude
Last June, Allison Laude made headlines for graduating with honors from International School Manila. When her mom Small Laude congratulated her on Instagram, she also revealed that Allison was admitted to Claremont McKenna College.
