Raise your hand if you're a fur parent who worries about your pet every time you need to go on a vacation. Fortunately for us, more pet boarding houses are popping up in the Metro, saving us from having to resort to expensive pet hotels.
Pet boarding houses might not offer the same luxury as a pet hotel, but it is a better option for budget-conscious pet owners. It’s a nice option for pets to receive a more personalized care in a home-like environment. Boarding houses will also have a limited number of pets staying at any given time, which can provide a quieter, less stressful experience for pets.
Do take note that all of these boarding places will require pets to be vaccinated and free from ticks and fleas for the safety and protection of everyone else.
