If you own a premium credit card or traveling with someone who does, you don't have to settle for expensive food and drinks at the airport; nor do you need to endure the stiff metal chairs and benches if you need to take a nap. You can always opt to get comfy at an airport lounge prior to boarding the plane.
One of the famous airport lounges in the Philippines is the Philippine Airport and Ground Services, which is a leading ground-handling company in the Philippines. In this guide, you'll know if you can get into the premium airport lounge for free and what are the benefits of having access to it.
List of Credit Cards With Access to the PAGSS Airport Lounge
BPI
BPI Visa Signature cardholders with international flights can access the Philippine Airport and Ground Services (PAGSS) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Terminal 1 and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) - Terminal 3. Primary or supplementary cardholders are allowed to bring one travel companion and exceeding guests will be charged to the cardholder.
Citibank
Citi PremierMiles and Citi Platinum cardholders have access to lounges with DragonPass, a one-stop premium airport service provider. For the two Citibank credit card cardholders, they are entitled to two complimentary lounge passes every year at select airport lounges, including the PAGSS airport lounges at NAIA. Although there isn't a PAGSS airport lounge at Mactan Cebu International Airport, these Citibank credit cardholders can also access the airport lounges at the Cebu airport.
UnionBank
UnionBank Gold Visa, Miles+ Platinum Visa, Cebu Pacific Platinum, and Go Rewards Platinum cardholders with international or domestic flights have access to both of PAGSS' lounges at NAIA, plus the ones at the airports in Davao and Puerto Princesa.

Metrobank Travel Platinum Visa cardholders have access to the PAGSS airport lounges through Priority Pass. The cardholders have access to all the lounges at Clark International Airport, Francisco Bangjoy International Airport, Ninoy Aquino International Airport, and Puerto Princes International Airport. Cardholders can bring up to two guests, but this is subject to a per-person charge.

UB Platinum Mastercard cardholders have access to PAGSS lounges in NAIA 1, NAIA 3, Clark, Davao, and Puerto Princesa.
China Bank
China Bank World and Wealth Mastercard cardholders can enter the PAGSS airport lounge using LoungeKey.
Amenities and Services at the PAGSS Airport Lounge
If you find airport food too expensive and you have an accredited credit card to enter PAGSS, the lounges have a food buffet with finger food, rice meals, pasta or noodles, congees, bread, and dessert. There are also hot beverages such as coffee, and cold drinks such as juices, soda, and beer. For those who have pre-travel jitters, the lounge has free-flowing wine and liquor at your disposal.
Similar to the Marhaba Lounge, the PAGSS Lounge at NAIA has a window bar table with tall chairs. This area has a great view of the airport runway where you can see the aircraft vehicles arrive and depart.
If you want to take a nap, PAGSS has cushioned seats that will lessen the likelihood of a stiff neck. These seats even have nearby charging ports so you can charge your devices. Don't worry, you can sleep peacefully without being cautious of your bags because you can leave your stuff in the lounge's luggage area.
For those who need to freshen up before boarding the plane, the lounge's comfort rooms are well-maintained. They have shower rooms if you need to take a bath, too.
