If you want to join in the hype of making cute statement rugs, Oh Craft! is a new studio in Marikina City that holds rug-tufting workshops. This rug-making technique uses a tufting gun, which threads loops of yarn into your desired design. Sessions have a starting price of P2,999 per person.

Oh Craft! has four different rug-tufting workshops, and it varies depending on the size of the rug you want to make. The most affordable option is the 45 by 45-centimeter rug priced at P2,999 per person; followed by the 60 by 60-centimeter rug priced at P3,999 per person; and the most expensive workshop is the largest rug size, the 90 by 90-centimeter rug priced at P5,499 per person.
If you want to try rug tufting as a fun date with your partner or bestie, Oh Craft! has a Rug Tufting Workshop Date Package priced at P4,499. Each person gets one tufting gun and both will work on one rug design for a 60 by 60-centimeter rug. This is a thousand pesos more expensive than doing it solo, but the company makes it twice as fun.
For each rug-tufting workshop, Oh Craft! includes the use of a tufting gun, tufting frame, and yarn. The studio has over 50 colored yarns so you can achieve a color-accurate rug based on your design. It's recommended that the desired rug design is sent in advance, but in case you wouldn't be able to, projectors are available in the studio to outline your image onto the rug before starting rug tufting.
Oh Craft!'s rug tufting workshops last three to four hours, and they can extend up to five hours if needed. They have two classes in a day: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
