Neri Miranda just added another feather to her cap. The 37-year-old entrepreneur and Star Circle Quest alum has ventured into another business right at the heart of the summer capital of the Philippines. ICYDK, they have a newly completed family rest house in Baguio that she is making available to the public. Check it out below!
Everything You Need to Know About Neri and Chito Miranda's Baguio Hillside House
From the outside, the rest house looks like a contemporary interpretation of the colonial cottage-style homes that are prevalent in the City of Pines. Surrounded by sprawling trees, the hillside home not only gives a charming and cozy feel—it's also perfect for R&R activities and intimate gatherings.
A blend of intricate woodwork and stone inlays make up the interior of the quaint house and give the space a rustic vibe.
Up on the partial second-story loft, a no-frame low bed is located at the farthest end from where the stairway is. A patterned carpet is laid out in front of two low-profile armless couch sofas. At the center is a round wooden coffee table that ties up the floor's aesthetic.
Warm tones immediately greet the eyes as one enters the house's warm and welcoming master bedroom. Its heavy wooden furniture and pale green accents follow the rustic style of the cottage. A vintage art piece hanging above the bed adds aesthetic to the space.
The other bedroom is just as snug, with multipanel windows, three art pieces, olive-painted ceiling, and a cozy bed lending an air of serenity.
Deviating from the purely warm tones of the house, the kitchenette is painted in bright hues and gives a nod to the farmhouse aesthetic.
Finally, the predominantly white and modern-designed restroom gives off a minimalist feel, with a handful of blooms serving as decor.
Finished last December 2023, Neri reveals that their home is now available for booking. Rates start at P10,000/night according to their Airbnb listing, but you may also text or call 0967-2119578 for more information.
