Vietnam’s Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy just made pageant history as the first Vietnamese winner of the Miss International 2024 crown. She outshone 70 other contestants at the finale, which was held in Tokyo on November 12, claiming the honor as the 62nd Miss International.
The 22-year-old expressed her heartfelt gratitude in her first statement as the new queen: “I’m the first Miss International from Vietnam. Finally, I can prove that I deserve all the love and support from my audience and fans from Vietnam and around the world. Thank you so much.”

Thanh Thuy is no stranger to the runway. She has walked for Vietnamese designers like Le Thanh Hoa, who crafted several of her gowns for Miss International.
