Cagayan de Oro’s Nikki de Moura has just been crowned as the new Miss Grand Philippines 2023!
The prestigious pageant’s coronation night took place on July 13, 2023 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena, where Nikki bested 29 other talented candidates to represent the Philippines at the upcoming Miss Grand International competition in October.

Nikki was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to a Brazilian father and a Filipina mother. In 2016, she decided to move to the Philippines to pursue a career in modeling, which ultimately proved to be a turning point in her life.
2. Nikki de Moura advocates for mental health awareness.
Despite her young age (she's only 19 years old), the beauty queen has already achieved tremendous success in the world of pageantry, and the advocacies she’s passionate about are proof! Nikki has always advocated for mental health awareness to help those who are suffering from depression.
“I’ve always wanted to take up psychology since I was a little girl,” she says in an interview. “I want to help teenagers and adults who are depressed.”
3. Miss Grand Philippines wasn’t Nikki de Moura's first beauty pageant.
Miss Grand Philippines was not Nikki's first foray into the world of beauty pageants. She made her debut in 2018 when she was crowned Miss Governor's Cup South 2018, a significant stepping stone in her journey. The following year, she continued to make her mark by winning the title of Miss Teen Philippines 2019 at just 15 years old, solidifying her position as a rising star in the pageant scene.
