Maureen Wroblewitz just added another feather to her cap—this time, she’s representing the Philippines in the world of scripted television. The Asia’s Next Top Model Cycle 5 winner made her U.S. TV debut on an episode of FBI: Most Wanted last December 5, playing Rosa Martinez, a contestant in the fictional Miss Glamour international pageant.

Sharing a behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram, Maureen shared her excitement about the role, writing, “Representing the Philippines wherever I go. I was finally able to wear the Philippines sash across my heart but it’s not for what you think." She also gave a shoutout to the team behind her big break, including Jonathan Strauss and her manager Katie Mason Stern.

While this marks her first foray into U.S. television, Maureen is no stranger to representing the country on the global stage. In 2017, she made history as the first Filipina to win Asia’s Next Top Model. Fast forward to 2021, she competed in Miss Universe Philippines and landed as 1st runner-up.
Congrats, Maureen!
