1. Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada
Daniel Padilla and his mom, Karla Estrada, are selling their two-story family home in Quezon City. Realtor Mike Adonis, enlisted by Daniel and Karla, announced the listing of the mother-and-son tandem's property via Instagram on December 5, 2023.
The announcement came a few weeks before Daniel listed his Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 for sale.
In his post, Mike shared detailed information about the property, featuring six bedrooms, six bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a main kitchen, porch, lanai, grand staircase, master bedroom walk-in closet, breakfast nook, auxiliary kitchen, laundry and service area, electric room, storage room, balcony, maid's room, and driver's room. It even comes with a car garage to accommodate five to six vehicles. The asking price for this property is PHP50 million.
2. Pia Wurtzbach
In March 2023, beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach announced that she is selling her condo unit. The post came a day before Pia announced on Friday, May 5, 2023, that she and businessman Jeremy Jauncey tied the knot in Seychelles. The beach wedding took place on March 24, 2023. "But like all things in life, we grow, we transition, we seize the moment. We may even say 'thank you, next...' on to the next chapter," wrote the Miss Universe 2015 on Instagram.
3. Kylie Padilla
GMA-7 actress Kylie Padilla also offered one of her condominium units in Quezon City for lease or sale. She shared this news on Instagram on Monday, May 30, 2022. In her post, Kylie gave a mini-tour of her semi-furnished two-bedroom condo, which also has its own balcony.
The Kapuso actress also wrote in the video, "My 2 bedroom in QC is for lease/sale. For details and inquiries, please contact this number Ning - 09195589448."
In the caption, she wrote, "One of my condos in QC is for lease or sale. For anyone who is interested. The contact details are in the video [emojis] thank you"
4. Sen. Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao
The Forbes Park mansion of Senator Manny Pacquiao and wife Jinkee is currently listed on Presello.com for PHP2,300,000,000. Its listed price in August 2020 was PHP1,500,000,000. The couple's "Zen-Inspired Luxury Mansion" covers 1,525 square meters of the property. It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a newly renovated pool area, a spacious garden, and many other amenities.
Manny and Jinkee purchased the property for PHP388 million in 2011. They paid in cash.
The couple's plan to sell the mansion was first reported in 2014, after some neighbors complained about the Pacquiaos' shabbily dressed guests. At the time, the property was valued at PHP708 million.
5. James Reid
James Reid is also still waiting for a new owner of his multi-million peso house in Quezon City. On Sunday, October 24, 2021, the 28-year-old actor-singer uploaded more photos of his previous home that has been up for sale for over a year and a half now.
James's house stands on a 1,000-square meter lot in Loyola Grand Villas, Katipunan. It has three floors, seven bedrooms, two kitchens, and a six-car garage.
6. Zsazsa Padilla and Conrad Onglao
Singer Zsa Zsa Padilla and architect Conrad Onglao's Modern Asian home is also up for sale. The mansion is currently listed for USD6,682,425 or about PHP335,725,032 on jamesedition.com, a luxury marketplace for real-estate properties around the world.
The 1,386-square meter three-story property is located in the beautiful village of San Lorenzo in Makati City. It has four spacious bedrooms and four restrooms. The house was featured in YES! magazine's November 2014 issue.
7. Enrique Gil
In December 2019, through an interview with PEP.ph, Enrique Gil confirmed his plan of selling his five-story beach property in Anilao, Batangas. The 29-year-old Kapamilya actor explained, "That's way worth more than the... mga bahay sa BF. Kasi kapag tapat ng dagat really, mataas ang price nun. "So sabi ko, it's time to sell it na so we can do more businesses." The property is listed on Lamudi.com.ph for PHP80 million.
8. Jamill
Content creators and influencers Jayzam Manabat and Camille Trinidad, more popularly known as JaMill, have reportedly put up their house for sale following the deletion of their YouTube channel. Their two-story house sits on a 450-square meter property in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. They first posted about it on their social media accounts last December 2019.
On August 26, 2021, a netizen who claims to be a "direct owner/seller" of the house listed it on Facebook Marketplace for sale. The now-deleted post said the house has three big rooms, a master's bedroom, four restrooms, a big pool, and many other amenities.
