As society tries to inch back to normalcy, events, too, begin to trickle back into social calendars. With the influx of parties on to-go lists, at one point, you might just have to don the host hat and play the inviter. But, question is, where do you begin?
The quick answer? With lots and lots of meticulous plans. While event planning is nowhere near a light and easy task, it’s rewarding when you’re eye-to-eye with your party, as if it fully sprouted from your wildest, blissful fantasies. Take the work of La Belle Fête for example, an event planning specialist whose dynamic 10-year tenure earned the trust of famous clientele like Megan Young and Mikael Daez, and Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna. (P.S. They were also the minds behind Preview Ball 2022!)
To ring in a decade worth of dazzling events, La Belle Fête is doing what they do best: Throw the grandest of celebrations, which they’ve aptly named The Beautiful Feast.
What is The Beautiful Feast?
The three-day festival happening on Sept. 9 to Sept. 11 at Greenbelt 3 and 5, Ayala Center, Makati City is La Belle Fête’s take on the usual bridal fair. Dubbed as a “festival of visual revelries,” the wildflower-themed celebration will be a multi-sensorial experience that will house booths of different stylists, designers, photographers, videographers, and cake artists that’ll place their services and skills on centerstage.
But here’s a cool catch: It isn’t just limited to that! Read on below on what to expect this weekend.
Feast Talk
Aside from the revelries, the event is also a learning space! The festival will hold “Feast Talk,” a series of discussions and masterclasses conducted by the event industry’s influential names alongside renowned special guests.
Included in the roster are Charisse Tinio of celeb-preferred photo and video company Nice Print Photography with special guest Isabel Oli; wardrobe stylists Jeff Galang and Myrrh Lao To; event stylists Gary Dacanady and Randy Lazaro; award-winning entrepreneur and international event stylist Robert Blancaflor; craft cocktails master and 2018’s Bartender of the Year Lester Ligon; event stylist Ginger Gaddi of Ginger Event Styling with special guest Yassi Pressman; international wedding photographer Oly Ruiz; and Dr. Vicki Belo of Belo Medical Group.
A Manila Philharmonic Orchestra performance
What’s a celebration without a goosebump-inducing backdrop? The attendees of The Beautiful Feast will witness the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra serve as the soundtrack for the event’s first night. And yes, it’s open to the public!
A Francis Libiran fashion show
Capping off the event in a flourish is fashion designer Francis Libiran and his much-raved creations. The renowned artist will be showcasing his S/S 2023 wedding and bridal gown collection in a show titled “Wildflowers.”

Outside of The Beautiful Feast’s official sched, you might still find yourself pre-occupied with what they have in store on the sidelines. Expect several activities for attendees to immerse in, including interactive installations by local and international event stylists and brands, cocktails and bistros by top mixologists, and beauty consultations and makeovers by known makeup artists.
