Two months have passed and we're still reeling over Twenty-Five Twenty-One. The coming-of-age K-drama was well beloved by many, thanks to its nostalgic storyline and charming ensemble cast. Many of us were just like Kim Min-chae, Na Hee-do's daughter, flipping through the pages of her mom's diaries, eager to get to the next chapters of her love story.
One celeb who looks like she hasn't moved on from the show either is former Goin' Bulilit star Kristel Fulgar. In a reel she posted on Instagram, the actress played dress-up and recreated one of Na Hee-do's signature looks; and we have to say, she really nailed it!
Donning an oversized white tee, denim overalls, and, of course, Hee-do's famous choppy bangs, Kristel fully embodied Kim Tae Ri's free-spirited character.
"Na Hee-lo," as she humorously dubbed herself, had her friends in stitches when she called them up to show them her look.
ICYDK, other local personalities have also expressed their love for their favorite K-drama characters by cosplaying as them. Just last year, Raiza Contawi dressed up as Shin Min Ah in Hometown Cha-cha-cha, and Rhea Bue once recreated Jung Ho Yeon's look in Squid Game.
Many of Kristel's fans were impressed with her transformation, with some even stating that Tae Ri had already reminded them of her when they first watched the show.
And we couldn't agree more with the compliments! Great job, Kristel! Now, excuse us as we rewatch the drama for the nth time. LOL!
